SECTION 7: REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Complaints Handling Policy
We are committed to providing a high-quality response to all clients and customers when something goes wrong but we need you to tell us about it.This will improve our standards.
If you have a complaint, please contact us (email@example.com) with the details. We have eight weeks to consider your complaint and we will endeavour to resolve all complaints and issues within this time.
What will happen next?
1. We will send you a letter or an email acknowledging receipt of your complaint within five days if receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
2. We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally involve passing your complaint to our client care partners, who will reveiew your matter file and speak to the member of staff who acted for you.
3. ToddiCare Ltd will then invite you to a telephone meeting to discuss and hopefully resolve your complaint. A member of ToddiCare team will complete this within 14 days of sending you the acknowledgement letter.
4. Within five days of the telephone meeting, the partner will write or email you to confirm what took place and any solutions agreed between yourselves during the telephone meeting.
5. If you do not want a telephone meeting or it is not possible, the partner will send you a detailed written reply to your complaint, including suggestions for resolving the matter, within twenty-one days of sending you the acknowledgement letter.
